The Yard Coordinator manages the property in an efficient manager while ensuring all inventory is ready for sale/demo, maintains accurate locations/status of inventory and the upkeep of the property to enhance and maintain curb appeal.

• Throughout the day, physically walk the property in order to remove litter and other debris.
• Maintain "critical" areas: dumpster area, grounds adjacent to the road, and parking lot/walkway area
• Transfer items to be removed to dumpster or storage area, whichever is applicable
• Operate street sweeper equipment for property cleaning.
• Clean and maintain all common areas and storage
• Provide assistance, as needed, to technicians and other personnel
• Performs all work in safe manner and promotes a safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous forklift operating experience is a plus.
• Must possess valid driver’s license with no more than two citations in previous 36 months.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the safe use and maintenance of hand/yard tools as well as street sweeper equipment.
• Must be a Team player that is enthusiastic and hard working with the ability to complete work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in the use of a computer to complete job duties and timekeeping.
• Able to work over time, weekends and holidays as requested. 

Working Conditions

• The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside (non-climate controlled) and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
• Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.
• Job requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.
• Must be able to lift varied weight up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.
• Use of computer and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.
